Delete a undeletable file

 
Some times u get an error msg that this file is used by other application while deleting a file these files are removed by following steps

Download unlocker from the link below
http://www.scanwith.com/download/Unlocker.htm

After installation right click on the file which you want to delete click unlocker
It shows the list of process using this file press "kill process" and delete
